To display a key to the colour-codes used on the current tab or form, if applicable, select Legend from the Help menu.
Warning: A colour used on one form may be used to signify something else on another form, so always check the legend if you are unsure.
Note: If the current form has multiple uses or sections, the legend will be split into multiple tabs.
The terminology used is explained below:
Normal diary entry:
As used on the My Tasks tab, this signifies an appointment created using the Administrator.
Followup, Normal followup, Overloaded followup, Overdue followup:
As used on the My Tasks tab, the Today's Performance tab and customer and vehicle records, these are reminders to contact a customer.
Quote for another branch, Another users quote, Quote not available:
As used on the My Enquiries tab, these are mostly self-explanatory. You will only see the quotes of other users if you have made changes to the Show enquiries field. Quotes are unavailable when they have been consolidated in the Showroom Module.
Complaint, CSI, Customer contact management calls:
As used on the Today's Performance tab and customer records, these signify special types of contacts. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index and CSI surveys are created using the Customer Satisfaction Index Response form. Customer contact management calls are calls due to be made by a call centre agent (listed under Outstanding calls in a record's case file).
Completed showroom event, Current showroom event:
As used on the Today's Performance tab and vehicle records, these signify various activities in the Showroom module.
Current vehicle, Previous vehicle:
As used on the Associated vehicles tabs of company, customer and vehicle records.
