Today's Performance Tab

Note: For instructions on using the other tabs and shortcuts on this form please see the Introduction to My Desktop section.

The Today's Performance tab provides access to summaries of:

Tip: You can expand any of the three areas to fill the entire tab by clicking the Maximise view button in the top-right of each area. To restore the default view click the Restore view button.

Depending on user settings the performance and activities of other team members, or the entire team, can be viewed using the Filter selection field. Click the ellipsis button ... in that field to select from a list of users and teams.

Period

Although the name of the tab is Today's Performance, you can use the Period field to select some other period to be covered. Possible settings are Today, Tomorrow, Next week, Next month, and Manual. The default is Today.

If you select Tomorrow, Next week, or Next month, the Enquiry events and Contacts actioned sections disappear and the Followups section expands to fill the entire area.

Next week means the period from next Monday to the following Sunday. Next month means the period from the first day of next month to the last day of that month.

Manual displays the Manual Date Range form, where you can specify the start and end dates of the period you want covered. On each of the two date fields on the Manual Date Range form, click the ellipsis button ... to display a calendar, then double-click the day you want.

Followups

The Followups section of the Today's Performance tab displays the contacts planned for the currently selected day. These contacts are also displayed on the My Tasks tab, and similarly highlighted when overdue according to the colour-code as described in the Legend. Clicking on a contact loads the relevant customer record.

Enquiry events

The Enquiry events section of the Today's Performance tab displays events within the Showroom module for the currently selected day. It serves as a log file which can be used to monitor various details such as when an event was started, how long it has taken, etc. Each event can be expanded by clicking the + symbol at the start of the corresponding row, to display the constituent stages in the event.

The Current events only checkbox can be used to filter out all events except those that are in progress.

Note: Deleting an enquiry or quotation in Showroom removes the related statistic; however, the enquiry event is still displayed. If the enquiry or quotation has been deleted the right click option to display the enquiry is dimmed.

Contacts actioned

The Contacts actioned section of the Today's Performance tab displays all contacts actioned during the currently selected day. This includes contacts created as well as closed followups. Completed contacts will be updated when a contact is closed and followed up.
