Viewing Defects

Note: This help system contains standard information.

Within a campaign, you can view a list of reasons for the recall.

To view defects:

1. From the OPERATIONS menu, select the Recall campaigns option.

   The Recalls menu is displayed.

2. Select the Campaigns option.

   The Recall Campaign maintenance Form is displayed.

3. Enter the Campaign code.

   Tip: If you do not know the campaign code, click the ellipsis button [...] to search for a campaign by chassis or registration number.

   The details of the campaign are defaulted into the form.

4. Select the Defects tab.

Defects Tab

From the Defects tab of the Recall Campaign maintenance Form, you can view a list of reasons for the recall.

Code: The defect code.

Document reference: The reference number of the manufacturer's campaign document.

Additional Text: Any additional comments about the defect code.
