Reviewing a Campaign

Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. There might be a help file specific to your Autoline configuration. It could be either in the help system specific to your manufacturer, or displayed when you click the Help button on the relevant form or menu.

You can review existing campaigns and, if necessary, make updates rather than starting a new campaign.

To display a campaign:

  1. From the OPERATIONS menu, select the Recalls menu option.

The Recall Campaigns menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Campaigns option.

The Recall Campaign maintenance Form is displayed.

  3. Enter the Campaign code.

Tip: Click the ellipsis button [...] to search for a campaign by chassis number or registration number.

The system displays the campaign details.
