Setting up a Campaign

Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. There might be a help file specific to your Autoline configuration. It could be either in the help system specific to your manufacturer, or displayed when you click the Help button on the relevant form or menu.

Before campaign data can be processed you must carry out the following tasks:

• Check the default parameters and campaign parameters.

• On set-up, and each time you receive a new release of campaign data from the manufacturer, import and convert the data on the Autoline system.

Recall Campaigns Form

The Campaigns setup form is displayed when you select the Campaign setup option from the Recalls menu. From this form you can import and convert a new release of data and access the default parameters.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Exit		Returns you to the Recalls menu.
File > Change parameters		Displays the default parameters.
Help > Help		Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Tabs:

Conversion tab: Allows you to import and convert campaign data.

About tab: Displays details about the software.

Summary tab: Only exists after converting the recall data. Displays details about the conversion.
