The Filter Transaction Log form enables you to tailor the list of transactions in the Transaction Viewer according to criteria you select.
To tailor the displayed list of transactions from the log:
Display the transaction log and click the Filter button.
The Filter Transaction Log form is displayed.
Complete the form, setting limits on field values that transaction records must conform to so as to be listed and click OK. (For example, you might want to list only transactions belonging to a specific WIP record or those for a particular fluid type.)
You are returned to the Transaction Viewer with the grid containing only transactions conforming to the criteria specified on the Filter Transaction Log form.
This form is displayed when you click the Filter button on the Transaction Viewer. It enables you to tailor the list of transactions in the Transaction Viewer according to criteria you select on this form.
WIP number: Identifies a WIP record. If you populate this, when you click OK, only transactions linked to that WIP are included.
Part number: Identifies the type of fluid dispensed, defined in the fluid mapping file. If you populate this, only transactions of that type of fluid are included when you click OK.
Tip: You can enter the first few characters in place of the whole Part number code.
From dispensed date: Earliest date of transactions included
Date received by DMS: Earliest date of transactions received by the daemon to be included. This differs from From dispensed date only if the connection to the fluid dispenser system fails or if the time on either system is set incorrectly. It is used for debugging. You would normally leave it blank.
Transaction number: Identifier assigned to the transaction by the fluid dispenser software. If you specify this in combination with WIP number, only that one transaction is included.
Show empty records: If this check box is selected, transactions in which no fluid was dispensed are included. Used only for debugging.
Show unactioned: If this check box is selected, transactions that have not yet been added to the WIP as a part line (using the form in Point-of-Sale) are included.
Show actioned...: If this check box is selected, transactions that have been added to the WIP as a part line are included.
...with variance: Includes actioned transactions with outstanding variance
...with adjustment: Includes actioned transactions that have been batch adjusted
...fully issued: Includes actioned transactions with no variance, where the issued quantity equals the dispensed quantity
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Returns you to the Transaction Viewer with its grid updated to contain only lines conforming to the filter criteria specified on this form
