This form is displayed when, in Service Point-of-Sale, you load a WIP when there are unactioned dispenser transaction records unlinked to any WIP because they were dispensed using an override code, failed validation, or have been purposely unlinked. It enables you to link those transaction records to the loaded WIP.
Tip: You can also display it by selecting the fluid dispenser franchise from the drop-down menu in the New product section of the Point-of-Sale form and clicking the EPC toolbar button 
(Autoline revision 8.30) or selecting Links > EPC from the menu bar (Autoline revision 8.30 and 8.20).
Where more than one fluid type has been dispensed for the same WIP, those transactions are displayed in separate forms one after the other.

Part no.: Identifies the type of fluid dispensed, ZOIL, for example
Description: Type of fluid dispensed, Oil, for example

WIP number: Identifies the WIP record loaded
Registration number: License plate number of vehicle associated with the loaded WIP
GRID:
Each line represents a transaction that should probably be linked to the loaded WIP.
Wip No: Number identifying the WIP record to which the dispenser transaction is linked
Reg. No: Vehicle registration number of the transaction, as received from the fluid dispenser system, typically entered on a keypad by the technician dispensing the fluid. Transactions linked to other WIPs are listed here only if the registration of the other WIP does not match that stored in the transaction record.
Transaction number: Identifier assigned to the transaction record by the fluid dispenser software
Disp. Date: Date on which the fluid was dispensed
Disp. Time: Time at which the fluid was dispensed
Tech. Name.: Name of the technician who dispensed the fluid, as identified by the fluid dispenser software from a PIN typically entered on a keypad
Qty Disp.: Quantity dispensed as measured by the fluid dispenser hardware. Standard units are litres.
Selected: If this check box is selected, the transaction are linked to the loaded WIP when you click OK. By default all transactions listed are ticked. This is the only field in the grid that can be modified, by double-clicking the row or right-clicking and selecting Deselect from the shortcut menu.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Links selected transactions to the WIP and either returns you to the Point of Sale form or displays the next fluid dispenser form, as circumstances dictate
Cancel: Exits without linking, either returning you to the Point of Sale form or displaying the next fluid dispenser form, as circumstances dictate
Help: Displays this help page in a web browser
Details...: Displays more details about the selected transaction. Alternatively right-click the line in the grid and select Details... from the shortcut menu.
