If claims fail on submission, or if there is an error, you can mark claims for resubmission.
To re-submit claims:
The CLAIMS MENU is displayed.
The Submissions form is displayed.
Tip: Enter filter criteria in the filter edit boxes and click the large blue tick button to search for either the claim or submission you want to re-submit.
Do one of the following:
The claims will now have the correct status for re-submission.
