Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. Click the Help button on the relevant forms or menus to see any existing help file specific to your Autoline configuration for that form or menu. Alternatively, a help file may exist in the Warranty Table of Contents specific to your manufacturer.
The CLAIMS MENU is displayed when you select the warranty claims menu option from the Operations menu. Via this menu, you can update claims on the Autoline system ready for transmission to the manufacturer for review.
Service and repair claims: Allows you to display, and maintain, claim records in the claim register.
Claim payments menu (if installed): From the Claim payments menu, you can select the account postings options.
Claim submissions: Allows you to create and submit files of claims, to the appropriate external claim system.
Customer concern codes: Allows you to display, and maintain, customer concern codes.
Non-franchise product types: Allows you to display and maintain non-franchise product types.
Product mapping: Allows you to display and maintain certain types of parts on a claim (for example: lubricants or tyres).
Lookup files: Allows you to display and maintain; upload and convert, look-up files and other claim validation data required for the claim system.
