Alternatively, a help file may exist in the Warranty Table of Contents specific to your manufacturer.
Look-up files are those files specific to a manufacturer that support the claim application. For example, they may be Concern Codes, fault codes, or expenditure codes, and so on. When you receive notification that an updated look-up file is available, you must upload and convert the data to the Autoline system. The look-up files in your Autoline system may be regularly updated by scheduled downloads from the manufacturer.
