Customer concern codes are entered against each task in Point of Sale, (POS) and are usually submitted with a claim. These codes describe various customer complaints and are normally supplied by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers refer to these codes as CCCs. Standard functionality exists that allows you to maintain customer concern codes.
Note: It is unlikely that you will ever need to make changes to the customer concern codes unless advised to do so by the manufacturer. You can create, amend, or delete, records on the concern codes file. However, any changes that you make will be overwritten the next time you are updated.
To access the customer concern codes file:
The CLAIMS MENU is displayed.
Select the Customer concern codes option.
The Customer concern codes form is displayed.
The Customer concern codes form is displayed when you select the Customer concern codes option from the CLAIMS MENU. From this form, you can create, and maintain, concern codes.

The following details are displayed for each record:
Concern code: A Code identifying the customer's concern.
Description: A description of the concern.
