This form is displayed on selecting View > Print settings... from the menu bar on the Ford GWE Submissions form. It enables you to specify the print format.
Submission report format: Specifies the layout of the printed submission report
Print on submission: A tick indicates that the report is printed automatically when the claim is submitted
