Ford Program, Condition and ACP Code Editor

This form is displayed on selecting the Program, condition & ACP codes option from the Warranty file maintenance menu. It enables maintenance of warranty program, condition, or ACP code records.

Code type RADIO BUTTONS:

Note: The selected radio button dictates the contents of the grid.

Program code: Identifies the repair's warranty claim category
Condition code: Identifies the condition of the failed part (if any)
Artificial causal parts: Where garage work is not actually caused by a particular part, an ACP identifies an item nominated as a cause of the work

Note: Selecting a different Code type radio button displays different contents in the grid.

Code: Program code, Condition code, or ACP code depending on which Code type radio button is selected

Description: Text associated with the code

Type: Category of warranty claim being made on this repair:

01 Warranty/ESP/Program/Misbuilds: Warranty / extended warranty

02 Recall/ONP: Recalls / owner notification programs

03 Fitted in service (Parts): Parts fitted in service claims

04 Fleet business plan: Business plan (fleet)

05 Intransit loss/damage: Delivery damage

06 Freight: Freight costs incurred

07 Service loaner claims: Hire vehicles

08 No cost service: Service notifications not chargeable to warranty

15 Appeal repair: Repair on appeal

Note: Type applies only to Program code. If any other Code type radio button is selected, this column is blank.
