Prices

After the menu is identified that matches your vehicle/job selection and, if applicable, you have indicated how you want to issue fluids or whether you want to create any surcharge credits, a check is made to see if alternative prices exist on the database for the menu. If there is more than one price, they are displayed on the Price Selection form. At this point, you should select the price that you want to use. If required, you can change your selection of price at the negotiation stage.

To change your selection of alternative price:

  1. Click the Prices button on the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation Form.

    Note: The Prices button is only enabled if alternative prices exist against the menu.

  2. The Price selection form is displayed.

  3. Select the price that you want to use.

  4. Click OK.

If alternative prices apply to the menu, the Price Selection form is displayed after the menu is identified, and you have indicated how you want to issue fluids or whether you want to create any surcharge credits. It is also displayed when you click the Prices button on the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation form. Within this form, you can apply an alternative price to the menu. Select the price that you want to use and click OK.

  1. Competitive Pricing
  2. Default selling price
  3. Dealer Fixed Price
  4. Fleet Pricing
  5. Rapid Fit Pricing
  6. Smile price

Note: The Default selling price is the retail price, including any discounts and labour rates from the Sales Ledger, excluding any surcharge credits that you have chosen to create.

Price: The total fixed price including VAT.

BUTTONS:

OK: Applies the selected price to the menu.

Cancel: Cancels your selection and returns you to the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation form.
