You can view and amend the SADE dealer parameters.
To display the dealer parameters:
From the General Motors Group Operations Menu select the SADE extract option followed by the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The General Motors Group SADE form is displayed.
Either select View > Parameters on the menu bar or click the Display the SADE parameters button 
on the toolbar.
The SADE Parameters & Controls form is displayed with the Company Parameters tab available.
Click the appropriate Dealer entry in the tree formation in the Parameter navigation group box.
The Dealer Parameters tab is displayed.
This tab is part of the SADE Parameters & Controls form. It enables you to view and amend the SADE dealer parameters.
Dealer Parameters:
Dealer code: The GM dealer code.
Country code: ISO country code for this dealer, selectable by clicking the Ellipsis button.
Dealer code enabled: When this check box is ticked, this dealer is included in the extract.
Note: If the box is not ticked, the dealer and all the companies attached to it will have no extracts created.
Main dealer company: Company number of the main dealer in this dealer group. Each dealer must have a main dealer to be included in the extract.
Extract information:
Date of last extract: Date when the last SADE extract ran for this dealer.
Last sequence number: Last sequence number used.
Warning: This should not be changed without authorisation from GM.
Last system sanity check: Date when the last automatic sanity check was performed on the system.
Other parameters:
Active brands: Number of active brands, which can be changed only on the Brand List tab.
Currency code: ISO currency code for this dealer, automatically set when the country code is selected.
Include non-group transactions: When this check box is ticked, non-GM transactions are included in the extract.
Purge old extracts (Days): Number of days for extracts to be kept before being purged.
DMS information:
DMS Vendor code: Name of the DMS (always ADP).
DMS product name: DMS product name (always Autoline).
DMS product version: DMS version number, which can be updated by clicking the Ellipsis button, although each automated extract checks for an upgrade.
