SADE requires the identification of all GM technicians who have done work on a vehicle. The Employees list shows all the technicians who are listed in the Workshop Loading resource table. You must activate all GM technicians who work on GM vehicles by adding their personal GM Academy IDs to the table so that they can be included in the extract.
To display the employees list:
From the General Motors Group Operations Menu select the SADE extract option followed by the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The General Motors Group SADE form is displayed.
Either select View > Employee mapping table on the menu bar or click the View the Employee mapping table button 
on the toolbar.
The SADE Parameters & Controls form is displayed with the Employees tab available.
This tab is part of the SADE Parameters & Controls form. It enables you to activate GM technicians who work on GM vehicles. The list is automatically updated from the Workshop Loading resource file.
Employee resource:
WL code: Workshop Loading code for a technician.
Name: Name of the technician.
GM Academy ID: Technician's GM Academy ID, obtainable from GM.
Tip: Click a GM Academy ID cell to add or edit an Academy ID.
Note: Employees who do not have an ID attached to them in the SADE parameters will not be included in any extract, so any labour they do will be sent to GM without the name of a technician attached to it.
