Old status: Previous status of the claim
Status: Present status of the claim
Date: When the event happened
Time: When the event happened
Value: Value of the claim
Userid: Identification code of the user who entered the claim
Description: Tells you what caused the claim to change
Claim History SHORTCUT MENU:
Display Invoice: Displays warranty invoice details in a text display form.
Display transactions: Displays a list of transactions.
