Claim denial information:
Denial code: Code that states how the claim was denied
Denial reason code: Reason the claim was denied
Previous claim reference information:
Dealer code: Dealer code of the company that claimed the original repair
Previous claim number: Claim number for the original repair
Previous invoice: Invoice on which the previous claim was made
Payment cycle: Payment cycle for the original claim
Repair date: Date of the original repair (if known)
