This tab is part of the GM Warranty Claim Denial Information form. It is displayed in the case of a claim at Status code 5, which indicates that it has been made against a vehicle outside the standard warranty period.
Claim denial information:
Denial code: Code that states how the claim was denied
Denial reason code: Reason the claim was denied
Warranty reference information:
Warranty set-up dealer: Dealer who originally sold the vehicle
Warranty set-up date: Date the vehicle was registered for warranty purposes
Set-up source: Source of the warranty
