Editing Warranty Cap Settings

You can decide whether or not a warranty cap should be set for any Point-of-Sale company, and select the network type.

To edit company warranty cap settings:

  1. From the Renault Operations menu, select the PGCS menu option.

    The PGCS Submissions Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Look-up files menu option.

    The PGCS LOOKUP FILES MENU is displayed.

  3. Select the Warranty maintenance option.

    The Warranty Cap Maintenance form is displayed.

  4. On the Company settings tab, either double-click the required company name in the grid or right-click it and select Edit.

    The Edit Company Warranty Settings form is displayed.

Edit Company Warranty Settings Form

This form is displayed when you double-click the required company name in the grid on the Company settings tab of the Warranty Cap Maintenance form, or right-click it and select Edit. It enables you to edit company warranty cap settings.

Company parameters:

Company: Identifies a Point-of-Sale company.

Network type: Network type, selectable with a Drop-down button. Either primary, secondary or blank (if blank, capping is disabled for this company).

Enable warranty cap?: Either Yes, No or blank (if blank, capping is disabled for this company).

Buttons:

OK: Returns you to the Warranty Cap Maintenance form, saving any changes you made to company warranty cap settings.

Cancel: Returns you to the Warranty Cap Maintenance form, abandoning any changes you made to company warranty cap settings.
