This report prints out details of standard journals which are used to facilitate the posting of repetitive monthly tasks . The set up of these standard journals is covered in the previous section of this on-line help.
To Print Standard Journals:
From the Autoline Master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.
Select Miscellaneous options option.
Ensure that a suitable printer is selected, by clicking on the Change button, and check that it is on line.
Select the Print Standard Journals option.
The Print Standard Journals form is displayed.
BUTTONS
The button's available, once the option has been selected, are presented in a search window, where the user can select the relevant journal, and take one of the following options:
Print: This prints the journal entry and layout to the currently selected printer or spooler.
Exit: Returns the user to the Miscellaneous menu.
Help: Displays online help in the default browser.
