The History tab is available if set in the system parameters.
When the History tab is selected on the Display Supplier Account Details form, you are shown the details of the account over the previous period and the preceding twelve periods, in the currency of the account. The account history is presented under the following radio buttons.
Turnover: Select this radio button to express the value as turnover in the account for each of the periods.
Outstanding: Select this radio button to express the value as the outstanding balances in the account for each of the periods.
Items: Select this radio button to express the value as the number of outstanding items for each period.
Average age: Select this radio button to express the value as the average age of debt in days.
Average age here is defined as the sum of the invoice values multiplied by age in days, divided by account total invoice value.
