Printing Documents

When the Print button is clicked, a new form appears prompting you to select one of the following:

Align: Select this item if you want to print a test print for alignment onto pre-printed stationery.

Print-invoice: Select this item to print the document that has been created.

When you have made your selection click the OK button.

Click the Cancel button to return to the Self Billing Invoices form.

After printing the document you are given the opportunity to select one of the following:

Re-print Invoice: Select this item if you want to re-print the document.

Continue: Select this item to return to the Self Billing Invoices form to create another document.

When you have made your selection, click the OK button.

If you click the Cancel button at this point, you are presented with a message informing you that the Invoice has already been printed and therefore you cannot cancel the document. If you click the OK button, you are returned to the previous form whereby you have to make the decision to Reprint-invoice or Continue. There is also the prompt to Print Daybooks.

When you have made this decision, Autoline responds as described above.
