Benefit report - by employee

The benefits report - by employee report lists basic employee details and the period, year to date and rounding values for all benefit codes for either all employees in the current payroll type sorted in employee number order or a selected employee.

If you want instead to print all benefit codes in code order or a selected benefit code use instead the payroll employee reports menu option called Benefits report - by code.

To print a benefits report - by employee report

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Payroll option and Company you require.

    The Payroll Password form is displayed.

  2. Enter your payroll password.

    The PAYROLL menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Reports & enquiries option.

    The PR REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Employee reports menu option.

    The PAYROLL EMPLOYEE REPORTS menu is displayed.

  5. Select the Benefit report - by employee option.

    The Benefit report - by employee form is displayed.


Benefit report - by employee form

The Benefit report - by employee form is displayed when the Benefit report - by employee option is selected from the PAYROLL EMPLOYEE REPORTS menu.

Employee number: Enter an employee number or leave as 0 for all employees.

Tip : Click on the Drop down DropDown to select.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the Benefit report - by employee.

Exit: Returns you to the PAYROLL EMPLOYEE REPORTS menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.

The content of the Benefits report - by employee

The following fields are printed for each employee:-

Employee number

Surname

Title

Forenames

Left indicator

Suspended indicator

Holiday periods

Department

NL posting Grade

Each benefit code is reported with the following fields:-

Benefit code

Benefit description

Period value

Year to date value including the period value

Rounding method

Round to

Employee sub totals are shown.

Grand totals are shown.
