The enquiries menu contains the standard adhoc enquiries options common to all modules and also a SSP enquiry option that allows for the current and archive sickness files to be accessed together for the reporting of SSP.
The PAYROLL ENQUIRIES menu is displayed when you select the Enquiries menu option from the PR REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Ad-hoc enquiries: This is the standard utility as provided within every module's REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Payroll records: This uses the standard ad-hoc enquiry utility enabling the employee records and payroll records to be linked together for reporting purposes.
Payroll history: This uses the standard ad-hoc enquiry utility enabling the employee records and payroll P11 history records to be linked together for reporting purposes.
SSP enquiry: This is an enquiry utility that allows for SSP records in both the current and archive SSP history files to be accessed using an employee number and date range selection. Display and print options are available.
