The period payroll summary option may be used to produce a full analysis of the period payroll either as Totals only, for All departments or a selected list of departments.
To access the Period payroll summary option
The Payroll Password form is displayed.
Enter your payroll password.
The PAYROLL menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The PR REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Period reports menu option.
The PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu is displayed.
Select the Period payroll summary option.
The Period payroll summary form is displayed.

The Period payroll summary form is displayed when you select the Period payroll summary option from the PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu.
Note: The Payroll should be confirmed before this option is run.
Select from one of the following options:-
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: A dialog box is presented with the following options:-
Totals only - Prints only the totals.
All deparments - Prints all departments.
Selected deparments - Prints selected departments chosen by clicking in the department grid or by entering a selection mask in the Deptartment mask field.
Exit: Returns you to the PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS MENU.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
The contents of the payroll summary report
The analysis report printed will consist of the following sections:-
Employer analysis
Employee analysis
Payment analysis
Rates analysis
Additions analysis
Benefit analysis
