This report is a printed list of all franchises, in alpha-numeric order and provides the following information for each franchise:
Franchise code
F (The single identifier which is held on the franchise code)
Full franchise name
Contact name
Contact position
Contact telephone number
Purchase Ledger account
First five order types
First five adoption days
To produce a list of franchises:
Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Franchise data option and the Company required.
The FRANCHISE DATA menu is displayed.
Select the Reports and enquiries option.
The DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Franchise listing option.
The Print list of Franchises (DD) form is displayed.
Click OK.
A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.
Click Close.
You are returned to the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Franchise listing option from the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the DD Reports and Enquiries menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
