As with all modules, a number of standard reports are provided with the system. In addition to these, user definable reports, enquiries, charts, graphs and data transfer to spread sheets are possible with the aid of report generator and ad-hoc enquiries, the facilities of which are covered in a separate manual.

When the Reports and enquiries menu is selected from the Franchise data main menu, the following menu is displayed:
Tip: All of these reports can be run at any time, on request. Therefore, if running a number of reports in any one day, you may find it worthwhile to build them into an over-night end-of-day run. This will avoid tying up valuable terminal resource.
