Variant Specification Report

This printed report provides details of the vehicle specification, and can be for either one or all franchises. The report presents data in franchise, model and then variant order.

Warning: This can be a lengthy report. Therefore it is advised that, unless the report is required immediately, it is printed to the spooler. The report can then be viewed and printed at a later date.

When the report is processed and printed the following data is provided:

• Description

• Type

• Price

• Franchise Colour/Trim

• Model code

• Variant code

• Vehicle price

• Delivery price

• Total

To produce a variant specification report:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Franchise data option and the Company required.

   The FRANCHISE DATA menu is displayed.

2. Select the Reports and enquiries option.

   The DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

3. Select the Variant specifications option.

   The Print variant specifications (DD) form is displayed.

4. Complete the form and click OK.

   A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.

5. Click Close.

   You are returned to the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Print Variant Specifications (DD) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Variant specifications option from the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Franchise code (blank for all): Enter either a specific franchise code or leave blank for all codes. The Ellipsis button provides a franchise search facility.

Model code (blank for all): Enter either a specific model code or leave blank for all codes.

Variant code (blank for all): Enter either a specific variant code or leave blank for all codes.

Specification detail (SDO): Specification detail (standard, optional or default)

Date for specification\prices: Enter the required date. The Ellipsis button provides a date search facility.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer or to the spooler

Cancel: Returns you to the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
