Variant Listing Report

This report is a printed list of all variant codes and provides the following information:

• Variant

• Description

• Price

• Short franchise

• Model code

To produce a list of variants:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Franchise data option and the Company required.

   The FRANCHISE DATA menu is displayed.

2. Select the Reports and enquiries option.

   The DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

3. Select the Variant listing option.

   The Print list of variants (DD) form is displayed.

4. Complete the form and click OK.

   A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.

5. Click Close.

   You are returned to the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Print List of Variants (DD) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Variant listing option from the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Franchise code (blank for all): Enter either a franchise code or leave blank for all franchises. Clicking the Ellipsis button provides a franchise search facility.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer

Cancel: Returns you to the DD REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
