Search for Failed Batches

This option searches for batches which have, through premature termination, failed to update successfully. As each daybook starts to process, a flag is set in the daybook log. This flag is set to X and, only after successful update, will the flag on the daybook log be changed to I or P as usual.

To Search for failed batches:

  1. From the Autoline master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.

  2. Select the Daybook miscellaneous options option.

  3. Select the Search for failed batches option.

  4. The Search for failed batches form is displayed.

BUTTONS

OK: Scans the NL file for any batches which are still at X status in the daybook log, and displays them. When the report has run, click the Close button to return to the menu.

Cancel: Returns you to the Daybook Miscellaneous menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
