This option will find non-balancing daybooks which have arisen from you generating a one sided posting or from a system function fail. There would usually be a verification error reported in advance.
To Find non-balancing daybooks:
From the Autoline master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.
Select the Daybook miscellaneous options option.
Select the Find non-balancing daybooks option.
The Find non-balancing daybooks form is displayed.
BUTTONS
OK: Instructs the system to scan the transaction file and display on screen any daybooks which do not balance to zero. The daybook number together with value is displayed for investigation. When the output has been displayed, click Close to return to the menu.
Cancel: Returns you to the main daybook menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
