Timesheets

The Timesheets option sorts records from the clock entries file, and outputs the following details:

  1. Resource: Technician's name

  2. Date & Time in: The date and time in of the clocking

  3. Date & Time out: The date and time out of the clocking

  4. WIP: The WIP number against which the clockings were made

  5. Line: The line number on the WIP against which the clockings were made

  6. Idle code: The idle code clocked on to

  7. Comp code: The completion code of the clocking

  8. WIP Time: The clocked time on the WIP

  9. Time:
    1. Utilised: The clocked time the resource was utilised on the WIP
    2. Idle: The idle time clocked on the WIP
    3. Elapsed: The elapsed clocked time on the WIP

  10. Reason:
    1. Desc: The description of the reason why the WIP clockings are adjusted
    2. Term: The terminal number used to adjust the clocking
    3. Op: The operator who adjusted the clocking
    4. Customer or Reason for idle: The reason code used for idle time

Print Timesheets Form

The Print Timesheets form is displayed when you select the Timesheets option from the WL REPORTS & ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can produce a timesheets report.

Output type: Allows you to specify the format in which the report is produced. Select one of the following options from the drop-down menu:

  1. Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.
  2. HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format.
  3. Display: Displays the report. This is the default.

Enter Start Date: Enter the start date for clockings.

Enter End Date: Enter the end date for clockings.

Tip: Click the Ellipsis button to display an electronic calendar.

Enter Tech: Click the Ellipsis button to select the technician, or leave the field empty for all.

Specific WIP No.: Enter The WIP number to report on the clockings.

Tick to use taken from WIP: Tick this check box if you want to use the taken time from the WIP.

Select one of the following radio buttons:

  1. All records: Reports on all clocking records.

  2. Adjusted lines: Reports on all clocking records that have been adjusted.

  3. Query lines: Reports on all clocking records that have a * against them to indicate there is something odd about the clocking.

  4. WIP Time < > Clock Time: Reports on all clocking records where the WIP time is different to the clock time.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format.

Cancel: Returns you to the WL REPORTS & ENQUIRIES MENU

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.

Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a report group. This enables you to print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
