This report lists the resources from the Workshop Loading Resource file (WL.resou).
For each resource, the following details are summarised on the report:
To produce a WL control report:
The WORKSHOP LOADING MENU is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The WL REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the WIP Control report option.
The WL Control Report form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format.
The WL Control Report Form is displayed when you select the WL Control report option from the WL REPORTS & ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can produce a WL Control report.
Output type: Allows you to specify the format in which the report is produced. Select one of the following options from the drop-down menu:
- Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.
- HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format.
- Display: Displays the report. This is the default.
Technician: Enter the technician, or click the Ellipsis button to select.
Start Date: Enter the start date from which you want to run your report.
End Date: Enter the end date up to which you want your report to run.
Tip: Click the Ellipsis button to display an electronic calendar.
Analysis code: This is held on the resource record and is normally used as a way to group human resources by having an analysis code not equal to blank, and non-human resources are left blank.
Inc. Blank Analysis Resources: This includes all resources that have a blank analysis code.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format.
Cancel: Returns you to the WL REPORTS & ENQUIRIES menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a report group. This enables you to print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
