When you select the Movement tab or Lost Sales tab of a stock record, a Filter button is displayed. When you click the Filter button, the Movement Filter form is displayed. Within this form, you can limit the display of transactions on the selected tab according to any of the criteria specified below.
Date:
From: The date on which the part was decarded from stock. Enter the first date in the range.
To: The date on which the part was decarded from stock. Enter the last date in the range.
Sales:
Account: Enter the customer's Sales Ledger account code.
Invoice number: Enter the invoice number generated in Point-of-Sale (POS).
Purchase:
Account: Enter the Purchase Ledger account code of the supplier against whom the order was placed.
Purchase order: Enter the purchase order number for a purchase transaction or the Point-of-Sale requisition document number for issues.
Record type: The type of transaction, i.e. Sale or Purchase.
Vehicle magic: Enter the vehicle record number.
Location: Enter the stock location (1-9) of the part.
WIP number: Enter the Point-of-Sale Work-in-Progress record number.
Audit entries:
Audit entries are system generated transactions that bring the system back into line when purchase or sales roundings occur or cost prices/quantities, etc. are amended in Stock Management. Tick this box if you want to display audit entries on the Movement tab.
