Menu Profitability

This program enables you to determine the profitability of menus. For example, this enables a profit figure to be calculated for the action of fitting a standard alarm unit. The initial display is a summary of all menus but this can be altered by specifying a franchise for labour and/or a range of menus. You have the option to print a summary of menu profitability or a detailed report. It is also possible to view a breakdown of parts and labour for each menu item. Only RTS codes with a default allowed time and an hourly cost and labour rate are displayed sensibly in these reports because these values are used to calculate profitability of labour items in a menu.

Note: This report can be extremely useful in identifying areas of business with little or no profit margin.
