The Showroom Find Similar Settings form (if installed) is displayed when Edit and Search Weightings or the Weightings icon is selected from the top tool bar. A search on 'similar' vehicles can be performed by selecting records that do not exactly match the original selection criteria. A priority can be entered to decide which selection requirements to ignore and in which order.
There are 13 priority options to obtain similar searches. Not all the options need to be entered. They can all be set to the same priority or selected 1-13 depending on the customer requirements
Note: Any details entered are retained for subsequent vehicle searches.
User: This field cannot be amended and displays the user details.
New Vehicle Settings
Minimum number results: Enter the 'minimum' number of results to be found. Each attempt at finding vehicles continues until the minimum is found. For example, if the first pass finds 1 vehicle then it will continue on to the next pass, if the 2nd pass finds 19 vehicles then it has found its minimum of 5 vehicles and returns 20 vehicles.
Note: This parameter is not "Maximum number of vehicles to find".
Franchise priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's franchise priority.
Model priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's model priority.
Body style priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's body style priority.
Fuel priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's fuel priority.
Doors priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's doors priority.
Transmission priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's transmission priority.
CCs priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's CCs priority.
BHP priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's BHPs priority.
Size priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's size priority.
Price priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's price priority.
Colour priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's colour priority.
Options priority: Enter a number between 1-13 of the customer's options priority.

OK: Sets the search according to your chosen criteria and displays the results in a grid format
Cancel: Returns you to the More Search Criteria form.
