From the Reports and enquires menu, you can task any report or enquiry. This menu is displayed when you select the Reports and enquiries option from the Showroom Main Menu.
Report generator: The facilities of the Report Generator are common to all Autoline software applications. These facilities allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records. Any combination of system generated or user entered fields can be used to provide detailed information in reports which you yourself design. Instead of being forced to depend on a few standard reports, you can select the ones that meet your individual day to day requirements, or you can create special reports which will solve particular problems as they arise.
Ad-hoc Enquiries: Activates the SR Enquiries menu. You can use this to quickly find out information held within a certain file and multiple fields held within Showroom, these enquiries are not as complex as the report generator and will only allow a search to be done on one file at a time.
Sales activity report: This report is created from Showroom and can not be amended, it gives a report of daily activity detailed and can be run from and to selected dates, click the Ellipsis ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
button to search for required dates.
Log file search: Is a display / print report of the movement of each showroom enquiry, e.g. listing the status movements from and enquiry to an order and any option costs that have been added for removed.
