This menu is displayed when you select the Showroom CRM option from the Autoline MASTER MENU. The following options are available, depending on the current user's priority level:
Quotations: The quotation process spans from an initial, unprinted enquiry through to the printing of a vehicle invoice.
Take Deposits: Input deposits received from customers for vehicles
Demonstrator transfers: Transfer a new vehicle into demonstrator stock.
Note: Only available if using MKV mode
Reports and enquiries: Run listed reports
Supplementary invoicing: Invoices and credits of additional specification lines not charged out on a main invoice.
Note: Only available if using MKV mode
Miscellaneous options: From the SR Miscellaneous Options menu, you can control certain, routine, maintenance functions which are set at a lower level of system security than the System Maintenance functions but which do not constitute daily operational functions.
System maintenance: From the System Maintenance menu, you can control certain system maintenance functions. Most of the options will only concern the System Supervisor and, depending on your priority, you may not have access to them.
