Saving the enquiry

On completion of all enquiries except for store in-progress a follow up form will be displayed. This is called a contact and when completed will be held against the customer record or historical reference. Showroom system parameters contact tab contains contact codes for each enquiry status. If no contact codes have been entered in the system parameters then this process will not happen.

The Followup information on Enquiry

There are two ways of completing a contact dependant on the CRM user access control setting called Default Wizard mode. Showroom users will only be able to complete a contact in the mode that is set.

Contact Wizard on and Normal Contact mode.
