Once all the options forms have been completed, clicking the Next button displays the Specification Confirmation form. This form is described in both new and used vehicle quotation processes. It is also available in the Enquiry Builder, by selecting Specification Summary from the Options sub-menu, on the Edit menu.
The price of each option can be edited by left-clicking on the corresponding line in the grid. The Edit Option Notes And Pricing form is displayed, see the next page.
Tip: When the Specification Confirmation form is displayed there may be an
information icon against individual options, by right clicking your mouse on the icon any notes held against the option will be displayed. These notes can be set up on the Franchise Data option in the notes section or manually added in the edit option notes and pricing form within Showroom.
