Operational: This is where all the technician's efficiencies are set up against their individual skills. The technicians are usually set to 100% depending on their ability to do the required work, this could be different if the technicians are apprentices or a workshop foreman.
Actual (90): The Actual 90 button calculates the real (or actual) efficiency of the technician over the last ninety days.
When this figure appears in the grid you can replace the Operational figure (i.e. 100%, 150% etc.) with the actual figure with a single mouse click on the cell you want to update. If you want to update all the technician's skill then click on the technician's name, to update all the technician's with the same skill i.e MOT or SERVICE then click the relevant skill header and to update all the technicians and all their skills click the top left hand cell highlighted in red to update the complete grid.
