Printing Barcodes for Clocks

This option enables you to print the type of barcodes you want the KABA clock to read. This option is found in the WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu if KABA clocks are enabled. Please note that not all printers have barcode capabilities, so non-Kprint users may not be able to print the necessary barcodes.

To access the barcode print selection for KABA clocks:

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Workshop loading option and Company you require.

   The WORKSHOP LOADING MENU is displayed.

2. Select Miscellaneous options.

   The WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.

3. Select the Print barcodes for KABA clocks option.

   The Print barcodes for time clocks form is displayed.

Print Barcodes for Time Clocks Form

This form is displayed when you select the Print barcodes for KABA clocks option from the WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS Menu. From this form you can print the type of barcodes you want the KABA clock to read.

Barcode print selection:

1. Idle codes: Print your idle codes; these are taken from the WL.idlet file

   Note:The idle codes must be numeric for KABA clocks to recognise them.

2. WIP line numbers: Print your WIP line numbers. 00-99 can be used

   Up to line no: Print up to a certain WIP line number only. The default is 11.

3. Resources: Print your resource codes. Must be a six-digit number.

4. Completion codes: Print your completion codes which are C, A, L and P

PUSH BUTTONS

Print: Applies any changes to the barcode print selection

Note: Ensure that the main spooler is in condensed print and is capable of printing barcodes.

Cancel: Cancels your selection and returns you to the WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
