Clocking Device Errors Report

The Clocking device errors report option has two purposes:

Non EOD mode: To check the validity of entries in the clock file and report any reasons why entries for the company have been incorrectly processed.
EOD mode: Run on all companies to print a report of any entries that have been incorrectly processed.

For each job, the following details are summarised on the report:

WIP number
Date-in
Adjust time in
Description

To produce a clocking device errors report:

From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Workshop loading option and Company you require.
The WORKSHOP LOADING MENU is displayed.
Select Miscellaneous options.

The WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the Clocking device errors report option.

The Clocking device errors report (WL) form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.

The report is compiled and output in the selected format.

Note: You must check any reported errors, and correct them via the Adjust clockings option.

Clocking Device Errors Report (WL) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Clocking device errors report option from the WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu. From this form you can produce a clocking device errors report.

Output type: Allows you to specify the format in which the report is produced. Select one of the following options from the drop-down menu:

Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer. This is the default.

HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format.

Display: Displays the report.

Enter start date: Enter the start date from which you want to run your report.

Enter end date: Enter the end date up to which you want to run your report.

Tip: Click the Ellipsis button to display an electronic calendar.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format.

Cancel: Returns you to the WL MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
