The Incident events screen displays and enables the maintenance / creation of incident events to the known vehicle/customer/company.
This form is displayed when you click Incident management >
Incident Management > Open 
 toolbar button > Incident Details > Links Tab > Click an Event record.
Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Event type Defines the Event type.
Action required: Defines the Event type action required.
Event text: Free text describing the event required.
Next Event
Date: Indicates the date the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.
Time: Indicates the time the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.
User ID: Indicates the ID of the user who should action the follow-up.
Action: Indicates the required next event type.
Created
Date: Displays the date the incident was created.
Time: Displays the time the incident was created.
User ID: Displays the ID of the user who created the incident was created.
Lasted Edited
Date: Displays the date the incident was last edited.
Time: Displays the time the incident was last edited.
User ID: Displays the ID of the user who last edited the incident was created.
