When a new price file comes from Ford, only the discount code for purchasing the part is on it (field discount). The part does not contain the Ford Major Line Item (MLI) code and it is this code that links to the Ford MLI mapping table.
Note: After a new price file is loaded onto the system, the update MLI codes option is taken and the mapping is copied onto the master price file.
To load the price file:
A dialog box is invoked prompting you to select an item from the list.
A Confirm input dialog box is displayed, asking if you wish to continue loading the price file.
The system loads the price file.
