Within the Ford GWE Application defaults, you must set up the first two import parameters correctly to enable the import of claims into the Ford GWE system.
Import from Host System: Set to [DRIVE]:\GWE (e.g. C:\GWE).
Import from Sub Dealer: Set to [DRIVE]:\GWE (e.g. C:\GWE) if importing claims from the PC or A:\GWE if importing claims from floppy diskette.
