When warranty claims are transferred to DCS, a transmission code indicates whether or not the transfer was successful and, if not, what error occurred during the transmission. The following list indicates what each transmission code represents:
00: Data has been entered
10: Data was received during a data exchange
20: Data has been confirmed, ready for transmission
30: The preparation for data to be sent is busy. It was not successful. Phone the help desk at GM, re-confirm and complete a further data exchange.
40: Transfer was not complete. Phone the help desk at GM, re-confirm and complete a further data exchange.
50: Transfer was not complete. Phone the help desk at GM.
60: Data has been transmitted successfully, after a previous failure.
70: Data has been transmitted
