Uploading and Converting Recall Campaign Data

Each time that you receive a new release of campaign data from DAF Trucks, you must upload and convert the data on the Autoline system.

To upload and convert campaign data:

1. From the DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS menu, select the Recall campaigns option.

   The Recall Campaigns menu is displayed.

2. Select the Recalls campaign setup option.

   The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

3. Select the SO company.

   The DAF Trucks Recall Campaigns Setup form is displayed.

4. From the Conversion tab, click the Import button.

   Note: Ensure that the settings are correct before you try to import the data.

   The system displays a progress of the upload.

5. To convert the data, click the Convert button.

   The system displays a progress of the conversion. When the conversion is complete, the following message is displayed:

   Conversion complete.

6. Click the OK button.
