The Dealer Communication System (DCS) is browser-based (Netscape) on Renault’s Intranet used for submitting and retrieving information between dealerships and Renault. Currently only stock order and warranty claim files are transferred from the Autoline system to DCS.
Before you transfer files to Renault, you must ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly.
